The moment I saw these super bright neon-like strips of lights, I knew I had to add them to my bike. I'd planned on adding them to the underside and back of the bike, but after I received them, I realized why that wouldn't work very well.

For one, the strip itself is thick, so installing it underneath my bike would be challenging. Second, the strip is more side emitting than I expected, so an undercarriage install would pour the light out onto one side more than another.
Given these constraints, I wired the strip up to a simple 12v battery pack and attached it all to a bike basket.
