I followed Adafruit's NeoPixel Tiara project to create my own tiara.
Through completing this project, I learned a very helpful and interesting lesson about batteries. Although coin cells might put out 235mAh @ 6v, coin cells don't like draws of over ~5mA. Since they don't like any draws over 5mA, they die way faster because the efficiency plummets. After learning this tidbit, I switched out the battery for a small Lithium Ion Polymer battery.
